Role Overview
The Work & Health Programme Officer will play a significant role in supporting the delivery of the Work and Health Programme across the five South London Partnership (SLP) boroughs. The role will require working with the external contractor and the five SLP boroughs to achieve contracted outcomes and ensure a high quality service is delivered for residents.
The Work & Health Programme Officer will be responsible for ensuring robust compliance and monitoring arrangements are maintained and meet the requirements of external funding bodies, as well as develop and manage relationships with and between external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery of contract management arrangements and undertake monitoring and assurance visits with the contractor.
* Providing detailed, accurate and relevant briefings on economic development issues to Work & Health Programme Manager, Heads of Service, Directors, and Elected Members.
* Responsible for the analysis of monthly MI data to assess programme performance against objectives and targets.
* Responsible for developing, creating and presenting regular performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
