About Us
Rushcliffe Spencer Academy is a highly successful 11-18 comprehensive school located in West Bridgford, Nottingham. Rushcliffe has been judged outstanding in all areas by Ofsted and, in 2021, was reaccredited as a World Class School for the second time.
We are looking to recruit a Midday Supervisor to join our existing team. If you have a caring and enthusiastic nature, are reliable and able to establish positive relationships with children, we would like to hear from you. A flexible, committed approach and the ability to work within a team and on your own initiative are all essential qualities we are looking for.
Responsibilities
As a Midday Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
1. Supervising students during lunchtime.
2. Ensuring students behave appropriately and follow school rules.
3. Establishing positive relationships with students.
4. Assisting students as needed during lunchtime.
