Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a well established organisation based in the south side of Glasgow, to recruit a Finance Administrator on a permanent, part-time basis. The role will be for between 16 and 20 hours per week, ideally structured over a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
On a daily basis your responsibilities will include:
- Daily use of Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Credit control and sales ledger administration.
- Processing card payments on a daily basis.
- Making payments from the bank.
- Producing reports on a daily basis.
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and procedures whilst adhering to GDPR.
- Providing cover for payroll as required.

My client offers a salary range of 26,000 to 30,000 pro rata depending on experience, and a friendly working environment.
