The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the charge in making Creative Hospitality Group the go-to name in hospitality. You’ll oversee all things marketing—from managing content and collaborating with agencies to building our brand’s presence across platforms.
Working closely with our in-house team and Brand Ambassadors, you’ll create strategies that captivate our audience, drive engagement, and boost revenue. And when the Head of Marketing & Sales is away, you’ll step up to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and inspire a team to deliver amazing campaigns.
* Keep our brand looking sharp and consistent everywhere it shows up.
* Plan and execute content that keeps our audience hooked.
* Work with agencies to make sure campaigns hit the mark.
* Train and develop Brand Ambassadors to be top-notch.
* Use data to fine-tune strategies and keep us ahead of the game.
* Collaborate with sales and venue teams to align goals.
* Help grow our loyalty app and bring customers back for more.
* Improve our websites and SEO to increase visibility and engagement.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in marketing and communication skills
* Strong management abilities and project management experience
* Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, and social media management
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, and copywriting
* Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Familiarity with G-Suite, project management software (Asana) and IT solutions
* Effective time management and organisational skills
