This is an exciting time to join the Service Development Team within Environment, Housing, and Infrastructure to support work to deal with Elected Member and General Public enquiries for Housing Services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the service to identify, respond to, and analyze a range of information.
2. Prepare responses to routine enquiries.
3. Support Freedom of Information (FoI) and Subject Access Requests (SAR) as required.
4. Work across a range of systems to input and extract data.
5. Provide statistical information and visual aids to support ongoing service improvement work.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Relevant clerical experience within an office environment.
2. Working knowledge of common ICT systems including Microsoft Office.
3. Organizational and time management skills.
4. Effective customer service skills and literacy and numeracy skills.
5. Flexible and positive approach to change with attention to detail.
6. Ability to complete tasks accurately without additional quality assurance.
7. Team player.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Customer Service Professional Award.
3. Experience of working with different agencies or using purchasing systems.
4. Ability to find solutions using your own initiative.
