Job overview
The quality team supports the provision of assurance of the quality and safety of the Services NHFT Provides to all stakeholders. Assurance is delivered by actively monitoring services, escalating areas of risk and working directly with operational services to put plans in place to mitigate those risks and improve outcomes for service users.
Reporting into a Quality Assurance and Improvement Partner, the postholder will be required to provide confidential and comprehensive administrative support to the Quality Hub. This support includes both team business administration and support in collating assurance information to enable the extended quality team to provide assurance and Improvement plan of the quality of the services being delivered and enable prioritisation for Quality hub support. The Team Administrator will have effective information technology skills to enable effective and timely data entry and collection of data for the team.
Main duties of the job
This is a busy role where the main duties will include (but not limited to):
* The administration of the Quality Impact Assessments (QIA) process for the organisation
* Reviewing QIA documentation for completeness before sending for review.
* Facilitating review of QIAs by the Equality, Quality and Equality leads
* Facilitating meetings between Service leads, Chief Nurse and Medical Director
* Organising and documenting the sign off of QIAs presented to the Chief Nurse and Medical Director
* Taking notes from the weekly director review meetings
* Administration of dedicated QIA Teams Channel
* Maintaining accurate documentation in relation to QIA processes for Audit purposes
* Resolving conflicting diary appointments and schedules in relation to QIAs
* Ad hoc admin support to the wider team when needed.
