The Opportunity
A well-renowned boutique talent agency is seeking a proactive and highly organized Junior Talent Manager / Talent Coordinator to support across a roster of macro-influencers and TV/celebrity talent.
The Talent Coordinator will work closely with the Talent Managers to ensure the smooth day-to-day management of talent schedules, contracts, campaigns, and brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day support for a roster of digital creators and TV personalities
* Responsible for diary management - overseeing complex schedules and sudden changes
* Attend appearances, shoots, events, and broadcast commitments with talent
* Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts
* Respond to all incoming enquiries for talent
* Active brand outreach to help secure authentic brand partnerships & collaboration
Requirements:
* 1 year of experience within a talent management agency
* Experience of brand partnerships is essential
* An excellent knowledge of the digital creator landscape and current social trends
