Senior Recruitment Consultant - Human Resources Division
We are assisting a well-renowned not-for-profit organisation based in Leicestershire, who are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their growing team on a fixed-term basis for 9 - 12 months.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £65,000 per annum, allowing up to 3 days working from home per week depending on business needs.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Assist in leading the end-to-end operation of the HR team, recruitment, talent management and risk management, overseeing a team of 5 HR Business Partners.
* Act as a point of escalation for any complex matters, supporting Business Partners with challenging topics including employee relations, strategic planning, and other issues.
* Undertake 1 on 1s with team members bi-weekly to assess and assist with ER casework, onboarding, recruitment challenges, and tribunals.
* This role is primarily operational and reactional, with some strategic elements including talent strategy and succession planning.
* Ideally CIPD L7 qualified, minimum of L5.
* Experience of line management in HR.
* Ability to resolve complex ER cases efficiently.
