Bookkeeper
Your new roleAs a bookkeeper, you will work four days a week (in office) and be involved in various aspects of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing income and expenditure accounts
* Performing bank reconciliations
* Conducting weekly payment runs
* Assisting with VAT returns, quarterly/annual accounts, and service charge accounts
* Updating schedules using Excel
* Handling rates and utility bills for vacant properties
* Managing general administrative tasks such as emails, phone calls, greeting visitors, filing, and handling post
What you'll need to succeed
* Proficient in Sage 50 and Microsoft Office (including Excel)
* Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, practical sense, and attention to detail
