The Role
This is an excellent and rare opportunity for a Planning & Environmental Solicitor to join an award-winning team in Ipswich, Suffolk.
The planning team at this firm has a national presence, but an international reach. Boasting a team of several experienced Planning Lawyers based across multiple offices, this firm has a strong reputation in the Planning space. Work includes, but is not limited to;
1. Proving planning advice
2. 106 agreements
3. Advising landowners, developers, local authorities and more
4. Negotiating high-value contracts
In this role, you will be working closely alongside a senior figure in the team, dealing with a high-quality caseload. The department works across a variety of sectors, including environmental-based work and retail to name a few.
Requirements:
5. You will be a qualified Solicitor NQ-5 years PQE
6. You will have undertaken a Real Estate / Planning focussed training contract seat OR will have qualified into Planning
7. You will have ambitions to work at a leading Top 100 law firm
