This role is based in our Glasgow office. As an Assistant Vice President, you will consult on complex issues, provide advice to People Leaders, and help resolve escalated issues. I expect you to identify ways to mitigate risk and to develop new policies and procedures that support our control and governance agenda. You will take ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls related to your work, collaborating with other areas to maintain awareness of business strategy and activities. Engaging in complex data analysis from various sources to creatively solve problems is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
