Role Overview: As a Sales Office Manager based in Cardiff, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a team of 4, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and team performance management
* Managing customer accounts, building relationships, and upselling
* Generating new business through various channels
* Overseeing quotes, sales figures, and project tracking
This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

* Previous team management experience (desirable)
* Experience in merchant or retail environments (desirable but not essential)
