Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: England, South East England, Oxfordshire Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide specialised support and tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Utilise a variety of teaching methods to engage and support students with SEN Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary Collaborate with other education professionals and parents to ensure holistic support for students Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Understanding of different learning styles and needs Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet individual student needs Strong organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs Experience with assessment tools for SEN Working Conditions: Part-time role with flexible hours Work primarily in educational settings such as schools or learning centres May require travel to different locations within Oxfordshire All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
