Responsibilities:

* Support children with emotional regulation techniques, helping them to manage challenging behaviour and improve their focus during lessons.

* Build positive relationships with students, offering a safe and encouraging space for them to express their emotions and gain confidence in their abilities.

Experience and Qualifications:
* Previous experience working with children who have SEMH needs is beneficial.
* A good understanding of behaviour management strategies and emotional regulation techniques.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
* Patience, empathy, and resilience, with a commitment to helping children overcome challenges.
* A clear DBS check.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
