Job Summary: Oversee user needs gathering, ensure technical fit, and design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client objectives and user needs.
* Own high and low-level solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
* Design solutions with focus on security, accessibility, and performance.
* Design integration architecture and interfaces using the Microsoft technology stack.
* Key skills and experience:
**Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise**
**Understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure and SharePoint**
**Knowledge of software engineering best practices and Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, C#, Visual Studio, and Team Foundation Server**
**Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, ideally using Azure DevOps**
* Deliver according to agile methodology, with a flexible attitude and critical thinking.
* Translate business and customer needs into a great digital customer experience.
* Desire to develop knowledge of new Microsoft functionality and recent certifications advised.
