Job Description
* Manage the accounts payable function and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
* Prepare and process invoices, and reconcile vendor statements.
* Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team and other departments to ensure efficiency in operations.
* Handle vendor queries and build strong relationships with suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Participate in financial audits and assist in the preparation of audit documents.
* Contribute to team efforts in achieving departmental and company goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
* 3+ years experience in a AP position
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
