The Role:
We're seeking an experienced Manager to take full operational control of this distinctive venue, leading our team while maintaining and enhancing our reputation for quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full operational management
• Team recruitment and development
• Stock control and ordering
• P&L responsibility
• Maintaining high service standards
• Health and safety compliance
• Building strong community relationships
• Events planning and execution
Hours:
Full-time position including evenings and weekends
Flexibility required due to seasonal variations
Location:
South Devon Coast
(Own transport recommended due to rural coastal location)
