Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for sports and hospitality? As Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead on driving revenue growth at Edgbaston Stadium, selling hospitality packages, advertising, and partnerships to local and national businesses. You’ll play a key role in developing relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities, and ensuring our corporate network continues to thrive. With a hands-on approach, you’ll oversee key budget lines and manage a Sales Executive, creating a high-performing, motivated sales culture.
We’re looking for a proactive, strategic thinker with a strong track record in B2B sales, excellent networking and relationship-building skills, and experience in hospitality sales within elite sport.
