Day-to-day of the role: Processing new business applications and placing investment trades. Obtaining bespoke valuations and illustrations for client portfolios. Liaising effectively with clients, providers, and other third parties to ensure smooth operation. Handling Letters of Authority and building model portfolios. Extensive use of Excel spreadsheets to manage and analyse financial data. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an IFA Administrator. Excellent knowledge across pensions, investments, trusts, and tax planning. Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
