Salary: WPT Band 3 £23,114 - £23,894 (£18,707 - £19,338)
Hours: 34 per week, term time including 5 additional days

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences, support individual and group learning, monitor progress, promote positive behaviour, maintain records, and assist with administrative tasks and pastoral care.
Responsibilities Include:
* Creating and maintaining a dynamic learning environment aligned with lesson plans, ensuring resources are available, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Assisting teachers in delivering engaging activities and supporting pupils' learning goals.
* Providing support to individuals and small groups, ensuring understanding and progress.
* Monitoring and reporting on student progress, providing feedback for targeted support.
* Promoting positive behaviour and managing incidents.
* Maintaining records and supporting classroom administration.
* Administering and marking routine tests as per school policies.
* Supporting pastoral care and implementing individual education plans (EHCPs).
* Assisting with clerical duties and classroom displays.
