About The Role:
* You will predominantly focus on cross-selling multiple utilities and additional products
* You shall use a custom-built system to generate quotations and accurately update your CRM data
* You’ll be dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers
* You must be comfortable working with others and you’ll be one of the main points of contact for both inbound and outbound enquiries
* You will manage and prioritise daily workloads to ensure high levels of effective productivity
You Will Need To Have/Be:
* Knowledge of UK telecoms or other utility industry
* Confident in your abilities to speak to DMs
* Capable of following a sales structure whilst going “off script” to add your own splash of personality
* First-class communication skills
* Motivated and hungry to succeed
* A proven ability to exceed targets
