An opportunity for a KS2 Teacher has become available at our inclusive partner school in Bromley (BR1).
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to KS2 students in accordance with the national curriculum.
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of all students, ensuring a positive learning environment.
* Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
* Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
* Liaise with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Maintain accurate records of students' progress and achievements.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the varying needs and abilities of students.
* Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities as required.
* Uphold the school's values and ethos, contributing positively to the school community.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is mandatory.
* Proven experience teaching KS2 students.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Excellent classroom management skills.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to take on a variety of teaching assignments.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
