Estates Manager Permanent Position (37 hours per week) Grade G (SCP 33 - 37) - £39,051 - £42,700 per annum Closing Date for accepting applications: 19th January 2025 (Starting salary dependent upon skills and qualifications, progression subject to satisfactory performance) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Manager to join a thriving Housing Team. You will be jointly responsible for a team of Housing Officers covering circa 2500 tenancies, a leasehold portfolio of circa 450 Leaseholders and the general management of our wider estates. Guiding a team of Housing Officers, Leaseholder Officers, Administrators and Caretakers, you will ensure residents are maintaining their Tenancies including paying their rent. You will also be integral in engaging residents and developing our resident engagement activities. As a key member of the extended housing management team you will be engaged in improvement plans in line with the Consumer Regulations and ensure resident engagement and inclusion is a main focus for officers. Key responsibilities of the role include; Arrears recovery and support for our residents Ensuring Tenancy Audits, Estate inspections and any other required visits are conducted.
