This is an exciting opportunity to build and maintain relationships across the brands, as well as engaging with Dealers, the Fleet Field Sales Team, and Fleet Customers through exceptional service.
As a Fleet Administrator, your day-to-day activities will include:
Providing top-notch customer service to credit line customers, addressing queries related to end-of-contract settlements and account statements.
Preparing and managing documentation for credit lines, ensuring meticulous presentation for underwriting and review.
Spearheading pay-out processes across various brands.
Collaborating with Dealers and brokers to resolve queries and support the Fleet Sales team's operations.
Sending out monthly and ad hoc reports in alignment with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Processing invoices and ensuring accuracy within the point-of-sale system.
