We are currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef de partie to join the creating award winning dishes across a range of fresh menu choices as this luxury 5 Star Hotel. As the Pastry Chef De Partie you will run your own section ensuring food quality is consistent and always to standard.

The Person
The ideal Pastry Chef De Partie will have the following:
* Experience and passion for creating rosette standard dishes from fresh local ingredients.
* Already be a Pastry Chef De Partie or strong demi
* Ability to work flexible shifts
* Experience within a quality hotel kitchen environment
* Team player with an ability and desire to contribute and support junior team members to develop and achieve.
* Excellent eye for detail and able to deliver consistent standards.
