CBRN Specialist Key Role: Support strategic and operational analysis of CBRN subjects across the entire spectrum of conflict of competition, crisis, and conflict. Employ scientific knowledge behind CBRN topics to assess threats and evaluate supply chains. Apply advanced technical and data analysis skills to facilitate understanding of complex issues and enable informed risk analysis and decision support for senior client leadership. Develop systems that enable conventional, unconventional, and dynamic force tracking for national and theater mission sets. Basic Qualifications: Experience assessing and evaluating geopolitical and security issues with near-peer adversaries Experience integrating with military intelligence functions Knowledge of potential adversary military capabilities and employment of weapon s systems Knowledge of chemical and biological doctrine and strategy, command and control of units and capabilities, and contemporary arms control agreements Knowledge of intelligence databases and sof tware programs for analysis of political-military issues, including Analyst Notebook, Tableau, RMT, Cedalion, Firehawk, HOTR, M3, MIDB, and PALANTIR TS / SCI clearance Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience analyzing or assessing military capabilities and force employment, or 10 years of experience analyzing or assessing military capabilities and force employment in lieu of a degree Additional Qualifications: Experience with Python notebooks in government cloud Ability to employ industry-standard data science tech stack, including Databricks, Spark, SQL, PySpark, Qlick, and Tableau Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
