Position Overview
In this position you will be supporting the development and implementation of the short and long-term business strategy for the Wound Care Division including the marketing strategy, portfolio optimisation, pricing strategy and profit maximisation. You will be personally responsible for executing plans that will secure sustained sales growth of your portfolios and position HARTMANN as a major force in Wound Care throughout the UKI.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Support the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of the Wound Care (WC) Marketing Plan.
* Prepare for and implement the launch of new products and service solutions to the Wound Care Division, aligned to Customer needs and challenges, presented as solutions.
* Ensure all Drug Tariff applications are completed fully and within required timeframes for successful listing, ensuring HARTMANN UKI has all required documentation to secure listing.
* In conjunction with the Clinical Marketing Lead, ensure availability of relevant clinical data to support the products in use.
* Design, review and measure targeted offline and online marketing campaigns to promote product and service solutions to existing and potential customers, in line with the WC Marketing Plan.
* Working with the Clinical Marketing Lead, engage with Customer groups and individual KOLs to ensure customer engagement, opinion and input is regularly considered and utilised.
* Forecast, plan and manage the relevant product portfolio, aligning all forecast impacts from across the business to feed into Supply Chain Management.
* Lead and motivate cross-departmental teams working on key strategic projects.
* Market research and maintain up-to-date databases on competitor product alignments, pricing and product/service solutions, and communicate new developments to relevant departments.
* Support the Wound Care tender process when required.
* Establish close communication with colleagues in headquarters in Germany and around the world, to share knowledge and best practice and ensure customer requirements are met and optimum levels of support are achieved for new product developments, supporting and communicating global requirements and processes within the UKI team, and ensuring UKI requirements are communicated to global teams appropriately.
* Work closely with the Clinical Marketing Lead to ensure all product and service developments are in line with and promoting the latest clinical best practice.
* Work closely with Sales and Clinical teams, to design, update and maintain literature, ensuring they are aligned to the needs of internal and external customer and are compliant with the labelling process. All materials to be regularly reviewed and removed or replaced as required.
* Supporting the Digital Content & Channel Manager, to ensure the HARTMANN Website is regularly updated and the SEO is maintained through correct key word audits and reviews.
* Support the Marketing Manager for all customer events related to Wound Care (internal and external) ensuring each event is most relevant for the current market, customer and business needs, working with the Commercial Effectiveness Manager and other relevant team members to ensure maximum event impact and outcome.
* Responsible for delivering ITC content related to relevant product portfolio, ensuring the right level of product, market and NHS knowledge is delivered consistently and in an engaging manner. Liaising with RBMs to ensure continual alignment with business needs.
Other Duties
* Ensure compliance with all Company policy and procedures in addition to local laws i.e. GDPR, local bribery laws, MedTech code, additionally ensuring direct report knowledge is maintained and they too are compliant with all policies, procedures and local laws.
* To carry out any other duties commensurate to the post as required by your Line Manager.

Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in relevant subject
* Professional membership of CIM - desirable
Experience
* Product management and marketing experience preferably within the medical devices / healthcare arena
