About the role
An opportunity has arisen to join Linkage Community Trust as a Payroll and Benefits Manager, ensuring the business delivers an accurate and timely payroll service across all sites.
The role will involve:
* Working closely with the People & Culture team
* Processing all aspects of the monthly payrolls
* Dealing with any pay or tax queries
* Completing starter and leavers paperwork
* Pension and benefits administration
About you
* You have previous payroll management experience.
* You have CIPP or another relevant qualification.
* You have strong numeracy and analytical skills.
* You have an extensive knowledge of pension schemes including the Auto Enrolment process.
* You are proactive at developing and keeping up to date with new payroll legislation and compliance.
* You have good communication skills and you are able to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships across the business.
