We have an incredible opportunity for a talented individual to join our Revenue Team as an eCommerce Manager, working remotely. This fixed-term role (maternity cover) is your chance to make a significant impact by driving topline revenue across our diverse portfolio. The Role :
Reporting directly into the Group Director of Revenue Management, the eCommerce Manager will:
* Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase revenue from online channels, both domestically and internationally.
* Drive topline revenue through detailed analysis and recommendations for online channels, improving click-through ratios and conversions.
* Drive topline revenue through targeting key booking windows for primary global markets, driving visibility & awareness of the portfolios prime locations.
* Work closely with hotel teams, Revenue Management, Sales, Operations, and key brand partners to maximize direct web delivery and market share.
* Provide information and analysis to identify revenue opportunities, support decision-making, and conduct performance reviews.
* Manage the Klarent website, ensuring up-to-date information, maximizing visibility and SEO, and supporting CRM activities to drive direct demand.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Strong ability to analyze data and measure performance (e.g., impressions, click-through ratios).Highly proficient in Financial Modelling/Financial Planning & Analysis.
* Minimum 3 years in Revenue Management or eCommerce, familiar with online channels like brand websites, OTAs, GDS, and MetaSearch engines.
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Google Analytics
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to influence commercial decisions.
* Strong ability to work closely with hotel teams, Revenue Management, Sales, Operations, and external partners.
