About the Role They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Support Apprentice to join their team. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learning key IT support skills while assisting with various technical tasks. A Typical Day in the Job: Providing IT Support Assist clients via the ticketing system (Auto Task), phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Security & User Management Handle password resets, user setups, antivirus configurations, and policy updates. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Use tools like ILM, Ninja (or Dasso), and TeamViewer to identify and resolve issues. Software Installation & Updates Install, configure, and upgrade software using PowerShell, Chocolatey, and Ninja scripts. Network Support Set up wired and wireless connections, assisting with network device configurations. Technical Documentation & Learning Interpret documentation, use LMGs password management system (Keeper), and develop PowerShell scripting skills. Salary, Hours & Benefits: Salary: £15,000 per year (with salary reviews every 6 months) Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week) Holidays: Standard entitlement bank holidays Regular social events and a friendly team environment.
