The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Registered Clinical Professional degree or equivalent experience with current registration and significant experience. Proven experience in a clinical role within specialist healthcare. Strong teaching, assessment, and supervisory skills. Knowledge of adult learning principles, competency assessments, and evidence-based practice. Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive innovation and change. Strong IT proficiency and research skills. Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel within the region.
