Due to the success and growth at Churchill Estates Management, we are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity within our Property Transfer team.
This role would suit an experienced Property Legal Administrator, who has experience in the legalities of conveyancing, buying and selling and keen to transfer these skills to the retirement property market and other aspects of property such as land registry and sub-letting whilst enhancing their administration skills.
About the role
Reporting to the Legal Administration Supervisor, the Property Legal Administrator will join a small, dedicated and motivated team to help deliver excellent administration in a timely and effective manner to support the buying, selling and sub-letting of retirement apartments within the Churchill Estates portfolio.
The role deals with all aspects of administration relating to property sales, transfers and rentals. This will include dealing with solicitors, internal stakeholders, homeowners and their families, Land Registry and more. You will liaise with people at all levels using various communication methods in a diligent and professional manner to provide a first-class customer service at all touchpoints.
