We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Vet Surgeon to lead and mentor the team at a rapidly growing first opinion small animal practice in North Lincolnshire
* full time opportunity with some Saturdays worked on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH.
* practice is modern and well equipped with great facilities and the latest state of the art equipment and technologies.

* role would suit either an existing Head or Senior Vet looking for change or an experienced Vet looking to step up.
* you will work closely with the practice leadership team to drive the practice forward and take charge of an enthusiastic team.
* join a lovely small, friendly team of 1 Vet (studying for a certificate in advanced surgery), 3 RVNs, 1 SVNs, 1 VCA, 2 Client Care Advisors and a Practice Manager,
* CPD allowance and certification supported and encouraged
* practice is well located in the North Lincolnshire area, with good transport and motorway links, cities of Sheffield and Lincoln nearby and well placed for the Lincolnshire Wolds and coast.
Person Requirements
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
* Registered with the RCVS
* experienced Vet with good medical and surgical experience
* able to lead, mentor and manage a clinical team.
* good communication skills
