An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a forward-thinking, highly motivated, innovative, dedicated, and experienced registered Mental Health Nurse to provide clinical leadership to our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team in North Lincolnshire.
As the Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will have responsibility for the promotion and assistance in the maintenance of the highest attainable standards of nursing care provided by the teams through the provision of senior clinical support and advice to the team members, ensuring you are visible to all staff. You will have the lead role of coordinating the team from a clinical perspective across a 24/7 rota, including clinical supervision, group supervision, and MDT reviews.

Main duties of the job
To provide clinical leadership, guidance, support, and coaching to staff, promoting effective change management and strengthening of other staffing leadership skills.
We know that service users recover quickly at home, and you will be responsible for ensuring that this is done in a safe and specific way as an alternative to hospital admission. With these skills and leadership, you will be integral in ensuring that all patients under the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team will have complex, detailed, and meaningful care plans, risk management plans with a view to ensuring that discharge is seamless between us and community teams. You will also be responsible for working with the Crisis House and Inpatient Wards to help facilitate appropriate and timely discharge. This will involve taking the lead with both our inpatient colleagues and community-based services, ensuring that the patient is at the centre of our care.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* RMNH current professional registration with NMC
* Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
* Qualification in non-medical prescribing or willingness to undertake within agreed timescale.
Experience
* Demonstrable post-registration experience at a Band 6 level within Acute Mental Health Services.
* Experience working with patients with complex needs and high-risk behaviours in the specialist field.
