The Company:
My client is a leader in the smart transport industry, particularly in the field of ticketing and smart travel cards. In addition, they produce and manage transport payment portals for several public sector and private travel companies.
The business employees less than 50 people but has an established history of over 25 years. They also have excellent colleague retention in the 2 years’ I have been working with them.
Purpose of Role:
The role supports both the internal IT Development, Card Production and Compliance teams and will report to the IT Development Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for handling both internal and external first line service desk tickets and assist with IT, Security and Compliance related activities. There is the potential to be involved with some programming and database work to support the production team, if desired.
Key Responsibilities:
