£25k, Dundee area, hybrid once you are trained up and can work independently
Full time, permanent, Monday - Friday, free parking, friendly team environment
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the servicing of your own geographical area
- Liaising with customers and supply to ensure expectations are managed and met
- Operating an internal CRM System as well as the use of MS Office, in particular Excel
- After sales administration
- Scheduling and managing tradesmen
To be successful you must have a background in providing excellent customer service and operating multiple systems with ease and ideally will have coordinated tradesmen diaries.
You'll be a confident person who is happy working in a fast paced environment.
