As the Partnerships & Development Officer, you will nurture our existing partnerships and identify and develop relationships that will add value to our programme of support at Hope Street. You will work closely with the Community Director and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure Hope Street is embedded within the Hampshire and Thames Valley service landscape and identify and secure funding and commissioning opportunities to support our team to deliver tailored support to justice involved women and their children at Hope Street.
You’ll work with others at Hope Street, such as our Fundraising & Development Officer and our Systems & Impact Manager, in contributing to a strong community of support and advocacy for our mission, to change the justice system for women and children. You’ll be based at Hope Street, but you’ll be building relationships with key stakeholders, in our local community and beyond. You’ll be motivated and energised by strengthening relationships with people.
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience of working within the justice sector and the issues facing justice involved women, however, if you have strong experience of partnership building, commissioning and fundraising,, we’d also love to hear from you. You’ll need to be comfortable with managing your own workload, whilst collaborating with others to make the most of every opportunity to add value to our offer for women and children. This role will be hybrid, based at Hope Street in Southampton.
