If you have strong administrative skills and eagerness to make a difference, our client is looking for you Responsibilities of the Operations & Sustainability Administrator: Support the department with general day-to-day tasks. Coordinate with overseas suppliers. Keep an up-to-date log to support the team with data requirements when needed. Aim to take on tasks for senior staff to improve efficiency of data returns. Support the continuing reviews of all products. Assist the team by learning and providing information to relay to the wider product team. Continue to develop the current database to future proof the business in relation to legislation. Personal traits for a successful Operations & Sustainability Administrator: Proactive & show initiative. Confident to asks questions with aim to become autonomous in your role. A strong willingness to learn. Organised and able to priorities workload. Strong MS office skills and a good understanding of Excel is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to navigate high volumes of data and correspondence, focusing on the end target of a given project. What our client offers: Attractive salary £28,000 - 31,000 pa, depending on experience.
