This role is within our Employment Umbrella team who provides payroll and employment services for contractors and sub-contractors. This role will form part of the customer experience team, creating the face and voice of Danbro to the outside world, with an ambition of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Role Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and text, in a timely and accurate manner.
* Being proactive in communicating with customers to keep them informed of the progress of their queries.
* Ability to deal with complex customer queries and complaints.
* Providing cover when necessary to maintain processes, such as auto leavers, home working assessment and references.
* Taking ownership of your own development and ensuring that your knowledge is up to date with current legislations.
Expected Salary
From £26,000.00
What Skills are required
* Qualification and Experience: Essential – experience on the phones with customers, customer facing roles.
* Strongly Desired – CX, Umbrella, Payroll experience 2-3 years.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with complex queries.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Willingness to learn and keep up to date with changes in legislation and industry developments.
