We are delighted to be partnering with this growing firm in their search for a Legal Billing & E-Billing Assistant. The role requires someone with experience in Legal Finance and Legal Billing.
Key Responsibilities
Working within the eBilling and Working Capital function, you will be responsible for:
1. Working with eBilling systems and hubs.
2. Supporting with on-boarding.
3. Weekly reconciliation of eBilling clients.
4. Monitoring the eBilling inbox.
Required Skills and Experience
* Previous experience working in a legal finance department.
* Posting of bills and disbursement transfers, write-offs, and bill amendments.
* Strong communication skills.
* Working knowledge of the Solicitors’ Accounting Rules.
* Good VAT knowledge.
* Strong Excel skills.
