About The Role
We are currently looking for a HR Data Specialist who to join our European HR Department. This position will play a critical role in providing Tier 2 support for our newly implemented, HRIS system, Workday. As we work to enhance our Workday user experience, we are looking for a candidate who likes to make a difference and drive things forward in a dynamic environment. The role will report to the Director of HR Strategy & Transformation.
What You´ll Be Doing
* Serve as a Tier 2 resource for Workday support, addressing escalated issues, troubleshooting, and providing regional transactional support via a ticketing system.
* Support regional processes and handle acquisitions by being the key bridge between the technical Workday team and the HR Managers
* Generate and provide reporting for HR processes.
* Deliver consistent support to ensure the smooth operation of Workday within the region.
* Data Cleansing, system stabilization and process optimization to ensure high level efficiency and outputs.
* Providing specialist HR data reporting/analysis and project support ensuring effective data collection, analysis and reporting on confidential HR data to agreed deadlines.
* Identifying continuous improvement opportunities with a view to driving HR process efficiency and continually enhancing the user experience.
* Support as a project contributor on any further new systems and/or developments.
What You´ll Need
* Sound experience of HRIS systems, Workday or similar is a plus.
* Experience of working in a corporate HR role would be advantageous, but not essential.
* Experience working in an International setting would be a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to analyse data effectively.
* Independent and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-sol ving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
* Able to maintain motivation in dynamic, ambiguous situations.
