Rethink Mental Illness are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Involvement Coordinator to join and lead our friendly Team. This is a home based role which means the post holder will be based from home but will be expected to travel across the region to support, empower and enable our network of volunteers. JOIN THE TEAM The Place-based Services division leads the delivery and growth of our place-based care and support services and ICS partnership working, aligned with our corporate strategy. Our Regional Involvement Co-Ordinators are structured based around the 7 key NHS care areas of the country and sit within the Place Based Divisional structure. You would work alongside Service Managers, Contract Managers and other Place Based Leaders to support the Heads of Area in maximising our impact and effectiveness in their region How you will make a difference; I work in an integrated way to grow, maintain and empower a network of volunteers across the geographical area I work with the local Heads of Area, Trustees, Services, Members and Volunteers to promote involvement opportunities, linking people with the Head of Involvement as needed. I work with the services (Place Based and Accommodation) in my region to develop group pathways and longer term support for those being discharged and their carers I identify, recruit and onboard volunteers for both groups and fundraising, ensuring ongoing support, quality assurance and performance monitoring once in post I ensure that the groups in my area remain compliant with the organisational toolkit and other relevant quality assurance processes We’re Rethink Mental Illness, a leading charity provider of mental health services in England.
