Huntingdon £13.50 per hour Fuel allowance Monday to Friday Immediate start Must have current DBS Check Will need transport We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support the School-Aged Immunisation Service on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will work closely with nurses and the wider team to deliver, promote, and facilitate immunisation programmes within schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to public health initiatives and make a meaningful difference within the community. A current DBS would be essential and required to work within this role. Main Duties And Responsibilities First point of contact for all administrative tasks Liaise with multiple institutions, families, schools and team members Regulate and maintain databases, ensuring that records are up-to-date, and documents are fully prepared Assist in the planning, delivery and evaluation of health education Ensure that storage, transportation, collection and delivery meet the necessary requirements Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure for School Immunisation (SOPs) Actively and constructively contribute to team meetings Key skills: Previous experience within administration (essential) Working in a community setting (schools) and/or working with children & young people (desirable) Excellent IT Skills Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Excellent organisational skills Be able to manage workload without supervision If you are interested in this role please apply with a current CV or contact the Letchworth office on 01483 741833 for more information.
