At a glance Salary range - For this role the salary starts from £25,200 per annum, depending on skills and experience Contract type - This is a Permanent role Work Pattern - 38.75 hours per week Monday to Friday: 08:00-16:00, with flexibility Location - Herbert Parkinson, Darwen About the role Ensure the smooth day to day running of the branch administration function; providing administrative support, guidance & skills where necessary Support operational managers with all Partner and Workday related activities; to include accurate completion of all Partner timesheets, absence recording and other associated activities Provide support in the recruitment and hiring process. Provide support for careers events and involvement with schools and colleges. Support community projects and charities by acting as liaison with HP and managing donations. Arrange meetings, events and agendas. Ensure that the appropriate information, facilities and refreshments are available. Maintain Partner development/training requirement to the highest standard to meet the branch and mandatory needs. Facilitate visits and branch tours. Oversee the running of Reception such as meet and greet visitors, issue access passes, take payments from Partners. Provide note-taking support at meetings as and when required. Share knowledge and insights with colleagues to develop department and branch performance. Be flexible to support across other areas of the branch and departments when required. Support the effective management of operational branch legalities. Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement and greater efficiency.
