Salary: Circa £25,000 (dependant on experience and hours)
Full Time position, Permanent Contract.
Location: Dundee (office move expected 12-18 months, A90 corridor no further north than Forfar).
Mon – Fri, 9-5, 37.5 hr week (option of 35 hr for pro-rata salary), office based.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Forfar Agency, which serves its core area of Angus & Dundee.
About the role:
This opportunity will suit someone who is passionate about helping and going the extra mile for customers.
You will be required to provide outstanding customer service and sales for new and existing policyholders whilst meeting the required regulatory standards. You’ll be dealing with existing policy enquiries, alterations, and providing quotations changes, primarily in our motor and home insurance products with potential future progression into commercial.

About you:
* Experience of working in a busy, team environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Polite professional manner, confident on the phone and with IT.
* Articulate, both verbally and in writing, with good spelling and grammar.
* Comfortable working within a regulated environment.
* Previous experience in customer care will be a greater advantage than insurance experience.
