Enso Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading technology solutions provider in Northern Ireland to recruit an experienced Level 3 Technical Support Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled IT professional eager to develop their career within a dynamic and growing Managed Services Provider.
In this role, you will provide high-level technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting for client systems.
* Manage and resolve complex IT issues related to servers, networks, and cloud services.
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement and support IT infrastructure projects.
* Ensure timely response and resolution of incidents in accordance with SLAs.
* Proven experience in a Level 3 IT support position.
* Proficient in Office 365 administration.
* Hands-on experience with network devices, including switches, firewalls, and routers.
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server and virtualisation technologies (VMware and Hyper-V).
* Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
* Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
