We are currently working on behalf of a Housing association. My client is currently looking for a Repairs Planner in Suffolk.
The role is in the Building Department and requires good attention to detail, great communication and IT skills together with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines with minimum supervision. The ideal candidate will be reliable, well organised and can work as part of a team. Responsibilities will include:
1. General administration duties
2. Answering the telephone
3. Diary management
4. Office filing
5. Working closely with Contract and Site Management
6. Ordering Materials
7. Invoicing
8. Managing a daily tracker of works
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: You will work 40 hours each week, Monday to Friday.
