About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team in Bradford. This hybrid role offers flexibility, combining remote working with office-based days. You will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing invoices, matching, batching, and coding them accurately
* Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
* Preparing and processing payment runs
* Reconciling supplier statements and accounts
* Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties as required
Key Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good knowledge of accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
