Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing client quotes for parts orders.
* Processing orders from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery through to production.
* Booking out completed orders efficiently.
* Creating UK and export paperwork for shipments.
* Utilising a CRM system for marketing activities and managing sales inquiries.
* Identifying and passing sales opportunities to the dedicated Sales Team.

* Ability to work independently and proactively using your own initiative.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Confidence with computers and a keen eye for detail.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm (office based)
Salary:
The salary for this position is £30,000 p/a.
