Here s a snapshot of what your day could look like: Early shifts : Help with getting ready for school, preparing breakfast, assisting with medication, and providing personal care. Late shifts : Lead after-school activities like trampolining, swimming, bowling, and sensory play. You ll also help with dinner, light housework, and getting the children ready for bed. We believe families are integral to the journey, so you ll regularly communicate with them, sharing updates on their child s progress. You ll also use IT to keep accurate records and ensure everyone stays informed. Every child s needs are unique, and some may need support managing behaviours of concern or medical conditions like epilepsy.
